Manufacturing and Shipping Times
Each creation from Maison Polissonne is crafted with care in our Parisian workshop. As our pieces are made to order, the times may vary depending on the nature of the product:
Non-personalised products: average shipping time of approximately 15 days.
Personalised products: average shipping time of approximately 20 days.
These times are given as a guideline and may change depending on the chosen carrier, the time of year, or the delivery location.
Shipping Methods
We deliver in France and the European Union via Mondial Relay and Colissimo, with the option to choose between delivery to a collection point or to your home. Delivery is free for purchases over €150. We work with these recognised carriers to ensure reliable and tracked delivery. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow the progress of your parcel with complete peace of mind.
Returns and Exchanges
In the tradition of French lingerie houses,we do not accept returns of products. For reasons of hygiene, personalisation, and respect for artisanal work,no returns or exchanges are possible.
In the case of an exceptional situation requiring a return, it remainsthe responsibility of the buyer.
